Power Off phone

Press Volume Down and Hold Power Off

The phone will enter fastboot mode

After entering the phone in fastboot mode we download the samfw tool

Before opening the tool we go to security protction and turn off

We install the tool on the computer 

We also install the driver of the fastboot mode for the phone

Connect the phone to the computer and make sure that the phone is set to android adb interface

In the tool interface we click on the right-most reboot option

 And select fastboot recovery

The phone wille reboot then it will enter the recovery mode

We will press the volume up button and the power 

Will give us an interface with several options we wille choose factory reset

If it the operation does not work we will use the auther method

We disassembly the phone 

because the phone cannot be identified with the computer without connecting the test point

We search at the the point where we connect to gnd

And we solder the pont and connect it to gnd by insulating wire

we put the phone board in its place 

we open the unlock tool

select mediatek in tool after select model

Go to generic and click format data and select method 1 by recovery

Connect usb phone to computer
